Vision Workshop with all stakeholders 18th Nov 3-4.15pm

11th Nov 2024

As part of our continual evaluation processes in school and due to the school celebrating our 25th Anniversary of transforming to integrated status last year, we have decided to run a Vision workshop in the school.

As an integrated school it is our mission to strive to bring together staff, pupils and governors from all religious backgrounds and cultural traditions. For this reason, we would like to re-evaluate our Mission statement, Vision, Aims and Values and decide together what best represents our own school community.

Therefore, I would like to invite you to our Vision workshop on Monday 18th November from 3pm-4.15pm in the school Assembly Hall.  At the workshop we will look at our current Mission statement as well as some examples from other integrated primary schools in NI. We will sit in mixed groups and discuss the Vision and decide the most important aims and values that best represent our school. We hope to finish our workshop with a revised Vision Statement.

We would also ask that children from P4-7 would remain behind, if possible, to take part in the workshop, as we as a school value pupil voice and want to ensure our vision is child centered and meets the needs of our pupils. If you or your child can attend, please complete the reply slip on the letter attacheed.
