Newry Leisure Centre Swimming Pool continues to be closed due to the issue with the hydraulic system of its moving floor.
Specialist contractors are currently assessing potential remedial actions to ensure the swimming pool is reopened as soon as possible.
A further update will be issued at the earliest possible opportunity with relation to timescales.
School swimming lessons continue to be cancelled until further notice.
We would like to sincerely apologise for the ongoing inconvenience. We will let you know as soon as we have any more information.
