This morning the pupils and staff enjoyed a fabulous display of talent from the boys and girls in Kilbroney Integrated PS. There was so much talent that we had to invite a photographer out to the school to capture the talent for two local newspapers, the Democrat and Newry Reporter. So please look out for the images in both papers over the coming days.
First of all our School Council awarded six prizes to the winners of the St Patrick's Poster competition. The prizes were very kindly sponsored by Nisa Local in Rostrevor. We then enjoyed an array of musical treats from Casey, Thomas, Fearne as well as the school tin whistle group. We would like to thank Casey's mum Ms McCauley for assisting the musicians this morning. This was followed by some of the boys and girls volunteering to say their poem which they learned for Warrenpoint Feis. The children from Kilbroney have achieved so much over the last few weeks.
