Dear Parents/Guardians,
The P6 and P7 children are looking forward to their end of year residential trip to Greenhill/YMCA in Newcastle. This trip, however, is quite expensive for families especially for those who have children in both classes. For this reason, we would like our P6 &7 children to join us this Saturday at our Christmas Craft Fair from 10am to 1pm for a sponsored cycle. Warrenpoint Fire Station have kindly provided the school with the bicycles for this Saturday’s event. The children will be asked to take ten-minute slots each on a rota basis and will have a collection bucket that can be used for donations.
Please send your child/ren into school in their school PE kit and they should bring a drink and some snacks to keep their energy levels up. Please make every effort to attend as the money raised will be used as part payment for the trip.
As always, we appreciate the support from our Kilbroney families, and we look forward to seeing you all on Saturday.
