The boys and girls in Kilbroney Integrated P.S. are excited to invite everyone in the community to come and view their stunning pieces of work that they have completed about the exciting history of Rostrevor. The Project will be displayed in the school hall and will be open to the public this Sunday 17th September from 1-3pm as part of the Tom Dunn celebrations which are taking place in the village.
The children have learned so much from various members of the community but most notably from Dr John McCavitt, Siubhan O'Dubhain and Liz Farnan. If you come to the exhibition you will learn all about the following: *Tom Dunn *General Ross *Kilbroney Lodge *Old Homer *Giant Murphy *The Ross Monument *The burning of the Whitehouse *Cloughmore Stone *The original Rostrevor Hotel *Wolfe Tone Plus lots more.
