My name is Hannah, I’m a Casting Researcher at Love Productions; the production company behind The Great British Bake Off, The Great British Sewing Bee and The Great Pottery Throw Down.
We are delighted to say that we have recently opened applications for the 11th series of Junior Bake Off; a Channel 4 programme that celebrates the culinary talent and ambition of the younger generation in Britain.
With this in mind, we are contacting schools in Northern Ireland in the hope that you can help us spread the word regarding this exciting opportunity to students.
Perhaps this email could be forwarded on to the Food Technology teacher, so they can encourage any baking enthusiasts in their classes or if you are happy to send it to form classes that would be amazing too!

We have attached a couple of flyers in case you would like to pop these up on your communal notice boards. Alternatively, if you could feature a flyer in any of your newsletters/social media, or even circulate the news internally, it would be really appreciated!
We are looking for young budding bakers between 9-14 years old.
Filming would take place from July 2025, but our applications close on Sunday 23rd March 2025.
