Irish Youth Club Annalong

I am contacting you to advertise our Youth club for children from p2-p4, p5-p7 and year 8+ which runs on a weekly basis out of Páirc na Mara, Annalong. The youth club is open to everyone in the local and surrounding community, those with Irish and those who simply have an interest in the language and want to attend the youth club. 

 

We are the only youth club operating through the Medium of Irish in the Mourne area and are aiming to provide children and young people with the opportunity to use and learn Irish in an informal setting outside of school. In addition to that we want to offer the services that this community both need and want at present in terms of youth provision.

 

The youth club, as mentioned above is open to everyone regardless of background, address or level of Irish. I would like to extend a warm welcome and invitation to the students of your school to attend if they so wish too. 

 

I would be grateful if you could share the attached poster and information with parents / guardians to make them aware of Club Óige na Mara.
