The Dairy Council visited primary five and primary six to discuss food and fitness. Both classes enjoyed learning about a healthy lifestyle in a fun and interactive lesson. Pupils learned about nutrition, the benefits of a balanced diet and the recommended amount of daily activity to promote a healthy lifestyle.
