Christmas events
13th Dec 2023
We will be busy in school over the next week or more.
We have our dress rehearsal for the Christmas Nativity Play tomorrow from 10-11am and look forward to the actual show on Friday at 10am. Everyone’s welcome so please come along to see the fantastic show Tinsel with the children from P1-4. Thanks to the staff for all their hard work preparing the children and to parents for helping with costumes.
On Monday we have our P1 Open Day for prospective parents of children due to start P1 in September 2024. Come along and view our fabulous facilities and meet our staff. Enjoy some refreshments while the children play and get to know the classroom environment. Principals welcome at 4.30pm. We look forward to seeing you all there.
On Wednesday we have our Christmas School Disco. It will be a non uniform day (£1each) and on Thursday we look forward to our whole school trip to the cinema to see Wonka. The children go home after the cinema trip on Thursday half day. On Friday we would like our talented boys and girls to come to assembly to showcase their talent: it could be by playing a tune on an instrument, singing a song or even reciting a poem. If your child would be interested please let the class teacher know. It will be non uniform next Friday.School finishes half day at 12 noon. Suggested donation of £1 per pupil for non uniform days.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in our school community for their continued support and wish you all a happy and holy Christmas break.
