Bus to Kilkeel cancelled next week

Dear Sir/Madam

Following consultation with the Department of Infrastructure regretfully all bus services that operate along the Rostrevor-Killowen-Kilkeel route & vice-versa will be temporarily suspended for the week of 6^th-10^th November 2023 inclusive.

EA have been advised that the road is officially closed to vehicles and whilst the period of this closure is yet unknown it is hoped that it will only be for a short period.

EA Transport have asked our communications team to send out notification through social media channels of both Translink and EA Private contracted services that is disrupted by this road closure.

I would be grateful if the school has any mechanism to please assist in circulating this communication to parents.

Further transport service updates will follow during the course of next week when available.
