Anam Cara Community Counselling C.I.C. Is a not for profit counselling organisation providing independent counselling from Rostrevor, Co Down & Newry City Centre.
The founders are BACP Accredited Therapists, with many years of clinical experience, supporting people presenting with poor mental health, anxiety, depression, anger & emotional regulation difficulties, bereavement, relationship & family separation/conflict, trauma & addiction issues.
We provide Adult Counselling Services with an interest in supporting Men & Young People through Men's Space Counselling Service & Transitions Counselling Service for 16-25 Year Olds.
